Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item:

  • Is unopened
  • Is unused
  • Is in its original packaging
  • Is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles
  • Personalized products
  • Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Products damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs.

We will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
